Mitsubishi Motors Europe B.V. established in the Netherlands (MME) is the European headquarters for sales, marketing, after sales and logistics of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation established in Japan (MMC) and operates the European distribution center. MME, MMC and our [European] business entities share business contact information, such as names, business email address and business phone numbers, with each other through the so-call INSITE app for legitimate business interest purposes, such as internal administration, billing and providing you or your organization with services. Access to INSITE App is granted to authorized users only.

Before being allowed access to INSITE App, all users should read and must accept the terms below;

1. You will not enter any personal information into MME other than business contact information (e.g., name, business email address, and business phone numbers). Personal information is any information that identifies or is capable of identifying an individual.
2. You acknowledge and agree that you will update and correct any personal information that is incorrect or no longer relevant (e.g. if the business contact no longer works with a company).
3. You acknowledge and agree that you have informed your business contacts whose personal information is included in INSITE App about:
   • the collection, use and sharing of their data in INSITE App for the legitimate business purposes of MME, MMC and our [European] business entities as long as the business contact remains a business contact of MME, MMC or our [European] business entities;
   • the rights of the individual of access, rectification and erasure, restriction, objection or to complain with a supervisory authority.
4. If you are entering business contact information in INSITE App on behalf of another person, you confirm that that other person has read and accepts his/her obligations set out under 1. – 3. above.
